Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions – Bookings, Changes and Cancellations These terms govern the booking, modification, and cancellation of make-up services provided by Maja Makeup. 1. Bookings & Payment • Bookings can be made via the website, email, or phone. • A deposit of 30% of the total service price is required to secure the appointment. • The appointment is confirmed only after the deposit has been received. • The remaining balance is paid on-site, before or after the service. 2. Appointment Changes • Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. • Changes made within 24 hours are considered late cancellations. 3. Cancellations • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: → the deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: → the deposit is non-refundable. 4. Late Arrivals • Delays of up to 15 minutes may result in a shortened service. • Delays longer than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or be treated as a no-show. 5. No-Show Policy • In case of a no-show without prior notice: → the deposit will be retained → future bookings may require full payment in advance 6. Special Appointments (events, weddings, early bookings) • Special appointments may require 100% payment in advance. • These bookings are non-refundable. 7. Acceptance of Terms By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
